Owner-performed visits
Every inspection is personally conducted by the owner of SWFL Property Watch. You will always know the person entering your home by name, and that person will know your home.
Full photo documentation & private client file access
Every visit produces a written inspection checklist with condition photographs. Essential visits include 8–10 photos. Standard and Premium visits include 15–25 comprehensive interior and exterior photos. Premium clients receive HD timestamped video walkthroughs. Each client receives access to a private shared folder through Google Drive or Dropbox.
Discreet & secure
No branded vehicles, no uniformed crews, no conspicuous signage. Visit days and times are intentionally varied to prevent predictable patterns that could compromise your property’s security.

Everything in Premium, plus:
HD timestamped video walkthrough of each visit

- Smoke and CO detector presence (visual)

How do I get started?
Contact us to schedule a consultation. We will meet at your property for an in-person walkthrough, discuss your needs, and determine the right tier. At that meeting we provide the complete service packet including the client agreement and inspection checklists. Once signed and access is arranged, your first visit begins on the agreed date.
